The room had a private bathroom with free toiletries, which was a nice touch. We didn't have to worry about packing our own shampoo!

The tile/marble floor in the room was a bit cold on our feet. But hey, some people might appreciate that extra refreshing sensation.

For our recent 4-night stay at The Judas Trees, we were impressed by Gabriel's attentiveness and quick communication. The facilities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen where we could enjoy our breakfast and coffee. The location was excellent, in a peaceful area with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and local cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with convenient amenities like USB ports for charging devices. Gabriel and his property provided an exceptional experience and great value for money.

The location of the hotel was convenient with easy access to Venice via a nearby bus stop. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a warm blanket and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had hot water and was well-maintained. The kitchen area had all the necessary amenities for a short stay, including a fridge for personal use.

The lack of sound isolation in the room was a downside, as it allowed for noise from other guests and children to be easily heard.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me find transport. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, shared kitchen, air conditioning. I'm coming back for a trip.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy and comfortable bed and breakfast near the heart of Venice. The owner was cute and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The location was great and offered good value for money. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable sleep even on the hottest nights. We were able to easily visit Venice multiple times , thanks to the nearby bus stop. we highly recommend this place for a pleasant and convenient city trip.

I had a fantastic stay here. The host, Gabriel, was helpful and accommodating, even allowing me to check in late at night. The location is perfect for tourists visiting the nearby city. The bus stop is just a short walk away, and it takes only 30 minutes to reach the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The price for my four-night stay was also very reasonable.

The real highlight of my stay at The Judas Trees was the beautiful garden with a terrace. It felt like stepping into a secret oasis, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. Sitting there, I couldn't help but feel like I had been transported to a magical paradise away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Distance from city center.

We had an incredible time at our stay in Mestre. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop which took us directly to the city center of Venice. The convenient parking near the apartment was a big plus. Additionally, having access to a fully equipped kitchen was a bonus that allowed us to save money on meals.

The only downside was the high city tax per person per night. It would have been better if this fee was more reasonable.
